we had a great stay at University Square. the room was very clean, had a nice sitting area, and the bed was soft and comfortable. the facilities were tidy and reassuringly secure, and the pool and jacuzzi were surrounded by well-tended landscaping. the location was close to restaurants and university services, providing a great spot after driving from Sequoia National Park. the value for money was excellent, and we were pleased with the absence of carpet in the room.

Good and absolutely perfect location to restuarants, in the nice area. 5 minutes walk to Peace Lutheran Church. Spacious rooms with satellite television, climate control, and a microwave.

The hotel provided great prices. Clean, budget property, I thoroughly enjoyed big rooms and highly courteous staff. The hotel location was beautiful and absolutely perfect near good stores. And it was also just next door to Sequoia Park and several restaurants and restuarants.

The room was spacious and brand-new and with a whirlpool tub, the refrigerator and double bed. Coffee, tea, toast, eggs, and sausages provided in the morning. Absolutely courteous team, they made me feel welcome.
The bathroom I had was cold.

The room at University Square Hotel was so cozy and inviting with a spacious seating area, a luxurious bathtub, and a lovely view of the swimming pool. It felt just like home, and the upgraded bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning.
I personally found the Pay Per View movies and cable a bit limited, but I'm sure others might still enjoy it.
